Watch: Egyptian goalkeeper pulls off miraculous save

Move aside De Gea, we have a new hero in town and his name is Mahmoud Gadi. The athletic keeper pulled one of the most astonishing saves to be recorded on camera and it is now going viral. The video shows Gadi running out of the box area to head the ball clear only to find it kicked back towards goal by an opposition player. Gadi then makes a dash back before making a spectacular dive to fist the ball clear of his own goal.

Although the save was result of an earlier blunder, Gadi's athleticism and persistence to save the goal was admired and applauded online.
