It was a historic day for India, with shooter Avani Lekhara becoming the first Indian woman to win a gold at the Paralympics, topping the R-2 women's 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 event.
Two-time gold-winning javelin throw veteran Devendra Jhajharia won a silver in the F46 category event while Sundar Singh Gurjar chipped in with a bronze in the same event.
Discus thrower Yogesh Kathuniya also finished second in the F56 category as India surpassed its best ever medal tally at the Games on Monday.
Discus thrower Vinod Kumar had won the bronze in the F52 category but was stripped of the medal after being found ineligible in disability classification assessment by the competition panel.
