Kerala Blasters and NorthEast United split points in Kochi on Saturday after their Indian Super League (ISL) encounter finished 1-1.
It was the visitors' Nestor Albiach who scored the first goal of the game in the 12th minute. The Kerala Blasters had to wait till the 49th minute to find the equalizer through Danish Farooq. It was the only shot on target produced by the home side throughout the match despite going for the net 13 times and enjoying 59% ball possession.
Following the game, KBFC moved to fourth position in the point table with seven points while NEUFC sit fifth with five points from four games. League leaders Mohun Bagan got nine points from three games.
