South Korea was no match for India in the second semifinal of the 2024 Asian Champions Trophy hockey as Harmanpreet and Co. managed a 4-1 victory on Monday. India set up a summit clash with the host nation, who defeated Pakistan in the first semifinal earlier, with an emphatic show at the Moqi Hockey Training Base inside Daur Ethnic Park in Hulunbuir of China.
During the match, South Korea's goalkeeper was shown a yellow card, resulting in a suspension. Once a player receives a yellow card in hockey, he/she remains suspended from playing for a period between five and ten minutes depending on what the umpire decides.

Oh boy, big Korean mistake at the stroke of Q3. The rarely seen goalkeeper glove outside the circle. Results in a PC, Harmanpreet makes no mistake for his 2nd.https://t.co/qfnJeMk0Rr pic.twitter.com/yDahY0C1cI
Korea, trailing 3-1 at that time was forced to bring in their susbstitue goalie as their first-choice Kim Jaehan was asked to stay out of the game in the stroke of the third quarter. But why was the Korean goalkeeper suspended?
Kim Jaehan received a yellow card for touching the ball with his hand outside the circle.
The incident in the 44th minute also resulted in India receiving another penalty corner. With the substitute Korean goalie Oh Daewon between the pipes, Indian captain Harmanpreet struck one beautifully to the right corner, stretching his side's lead to 4-1.
