Elma Aveiro responded in strong fashion after former Real striker claimed Ronaldo to be inferior to most other players even if scores thousands of goals before retiring Antonio Cassano's remarks against Cristiano Ronaldo was answered by her sister Elma | Instagram

Former Real Madrid forward Antonio Cassano had the audacity to claim that Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo "does not know how to play football."  The Italian, who had left Santiago Bernabeau a year before Ronaldo arrived from Manchester, made the bizarre claim while participating in the Viva El Futbol podcast. He named many of the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's contemporaries are better footballers than him as they did more than just score news.

In the episode aired briefly after the Al-Nassr forward reached the unique milestone of scoring 900 career goals, Cassano said, "Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't know how to play football. He could score 3000 goals, I don't give a f*ck. Higuain, Aguero, Benzema, Lewandowski, Ibrahimovic and Suarez knew how to link up with the team. They knew how to do a lot of things, unlike Ronaldo whose only objective has always been to score.”

Since he had better things to do, CR7 obviously didn't respond to Cassano's vile personal remarks. However, his sister Elma Aveiro had other plans. She joined football fans worldwide in coming up with a response to Cassano.

The Portugese superstar's elder sibling used Instagram to launch a scathing attack. She jotted, “One wakes up to these things. I don’t know this poor guy. It doesn’t matter, but just one thing for him, he doesn’t know how to score 900 goals. Imagine if he did. They say he was a footballer. I think they’re wrong, he was certainly a ball boy.”

Cristiano Ronaldo, 39, has scored four goals so far for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League this season. They stand third in the table and are scheduled to take on Qatari side Al-Rayyan SC in the AFC Champions League tomorrow.
