Hardik Pandya named number 1 all-rounder in latest ICC rankings: None from Pak in Top 10 as Namibia captain makes cut!

Hardik Pandya dethrones Liviam Livingstone; Mohammad Nabi, Sikandar Raza and Romario Shepherd remained in the ICC T20I Rankings Top 10

Hardik Pandya became the top-ranked T20I all-rounder in the latest ICC rankings after a streak of brilliant games during the series against Bangladesh and South Africa. 

Meanwhile, in the T2O batting rankings, Pandya's Mumbai Indians teammate Tilak Varma made an impressive entry into the top-10 ranks after his consecutive tons against South Africa. The youngster climbed 69 places to become the third highest-ranked T20I player in the world. India's T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav is placed forth in the rankings, making Tilak Varma the highest-placed Indian on the list. 

Hardik Pandya dethroned Englishman Liam Livingstone on the top of the chart with 244 rating points (Livingstone has 230). Meanwhile, Nepal's Dipendra Singh Airee remains unchanged in the second position with 231 rating points. Marcus Stoinis (Aus), Wanindu Hasaranga (SL), Mohammad Nabi (Afg), Sikandar Raza (Zim), Romario Shepherd (WI), Aiden Markram (RSA) and Gerhard Erasmus (Nam) are the other players to make the latest ICC T20I all-rounder rankings Top 10.

According to the ICC website, the value of each player’s performance within a match is calculated using an algorithm, a series of calculations (all pre-programmed) based on various circumstances in the match. There is no human intervention in this calculation process, and no subjective assessment is made. There are slightly different factors for each of the different formats of the game.
