Teams are likely to shell out huge sums of money and even use the Right to Match (RTM) rule (which allows former franchises the option to buy back their previous player for the sold price) to bring home these superstars. Some of the names included in the marquee list include KL Rahul, Mohammed Shami and Jos Buttler.
