Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released a picture of their daughter Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, who turned one on June 4. Lilibet's first birthday was celebrated at Frogmore cottage, where the couple were staying while they were in London to be a part of the Queen's Jubilee celebrations.
The image was taken by celebrity photographer Misan Harriman. The photographer shared a few images on his Instagram handle. He wrote: It was such a privilege to celebrate the 1st birthday of Lilibet with my family and hers! Joy and face painting all around.
The couple's spokesperson said that they "remain incredibly touched by the countless birthday wishes for their daughter, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor," adding that they were "amazed to learn" that donations in her honour for the World Central Kitchen (WCK) amounted to more than $100,000, a CNN report reads.
The celebration was an intimate one, at the couple's Frogmore cottage backyard, with the couple's close friends. Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex's daughter is named in honour of Queen Elizabeth II's childhood name and the prince's late mother.
