Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's nephew disclosed that the fugitive is living in Karachi and got married for the second time to a Pakistani woman. Alishah Ibrahim, son of Dawood's late sister Haseena Parker revealed the details while being interrogated by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
Alishah was interrogated by the NIA in September last year. The chargesheet filed by the probe agency mentioned the details about his current location. According to it, Alishah had said that Dawood is staying in Karachi near Abdulla Gazi Baba Dargah.
Dawood got married for the second time and his wife is of Pathan origin, Alishah said. He also disclosed that Dawood has not divorced his first wife Mehjabeen and she is in touch with relatives in Mumbai.
Alishah met Mehjabeen in Dubai last year. According to him, Mehjabeen told him about Dawood's second marriage.
NIA had filed a charge sheet before the special court in Mumbai against Dawood Ibrahim, and his associate Chhota Shakeel for allegedly running a terrorist global network. The three other members of the 'D Company', who were accused along with Dawood were arrested in August 2022.
