Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to be discharged from the hospital on Sunday. Netanyahu was admitted to  Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer on Saturday after suffering from a dizzy spell-- he was kept overnight under observation.

No irregularities were found in the additional tests the Israeli leader underwent. He had spent the day in 40 deg C (104F) heat. According to the doctors, he had suffered from dehydration; his office said that he was feeling “very good”.

In a video message from the hospital, Netanyahu said it was "not a good idea" to not wear a hat or drink any water whilst out in the sun. He also asked the public to take care during hot weather. Israel is currently reeling under a blistering heat wave.

Netanyahu's cabinet meeting was rescheduled for Monday. Netanyahu is Israel's longest-serving leader. He has served multiple terms stretching over 15 years in office.

His current far-right government, a collection of religious and ultranationalist parties, took office last December. Last year, in October, he was taken to the hospital after complaining about chest pains but was later discharged after the tests were found to be normal.

Tens of thousands of Israelis have protested the Netanyahu-led government's plan to overhaul the power of the Supreme Court. Netanyahu also faces multiple corruption charges, for which he is on trial.
