“Imagine stuff he’ll be saying when his brain is four years older than this,” said Richard Hanania while expressing his outrage.

Many criticised Trump on social media over his remarks. “Donald Trump is bragging and obsessing and doting over the size of the tallywhacker of Arnold Palmer - a lifelong Democrat - and yet his Republican cult followers still don't question his mental state,” said Rob Kelley.

Meanwhile, stepping up his support for Trump, Elon Musk said his Trump-supporting political action committee-America Pac-will give $1 million every day to someone until election day who signs his petition that supports the US Consitution. The gesture effectively encourages Republicans in the key battleground states to register to vote.

The America Pac petition is for any registered voter in Pennsylvania to pledge their support for the first and second amendments.

The petition does not require signers to be a Republican, even Democrats can sign.

Reportedly, Musk has donated so far $75m to America Pac.
