US President Donald Trump on Day 1 took to his Truth Social account to announce that four senior government officials have been fired.
The four officials were appointed during the Joe Biden administration. Trump warned that more such dismissals will follow.

"Our first day in the White House is not over yet!" Trump said. He warned that his Presidential Personnel Office will vet remaining appointees of Joe Biden and remove more than a thousand of them if they are against his administration's policies.

In Truth Social, Trump said his post should be considered as the Official Notice of Dismissal.
Who are the 4 officials fired by Trump?
Declaring "You're fired", Trump named four officials, including Jose Andres (President's Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition), Mark Milley (National Infrastructure Advisory Council), Brian Hook (Wilson Centre for Scholars) and Keisha Lance Bottoms (President's Export Council).
Trump also ordered a regulatory freeze, stopping officials from bringing up regulations until the new administration takes assumes full control. Another move by the president was to issuing orders to roll back work from home, requiring federal bureaucrats to come to office full-time.
