GUESS WHAT IS taking the internet by storm? Or, should we say, turning it to ash? A 26-page spoof script on what would happen if Thanos, the villain of the highly-awaited Avengers: Endgame, hosted an episode of NBC’s Saturday Night Live. The link to the script, which was tweeted by Esquire video editor and comedy writer Dominick Nero, has received around 6,000 likes and been retweeted more than 1,500 times. In it, Thanos waits for the right moment to take out his trump card—turning half the SNL crew to ash. A rather tame gesture by the super-villain, as in his last film, Avengers: Infinity War, he had turned half the universe to ash. When his Avengers co-stars Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson and Chadwick Boseman have appeared on SNL, why shouldn’t the ‘Mad Titan’ be given his moment in the sun?
