Jammu Kashmir | Centre to release new set of rules to clarify mandate of Chief Minister & LG

As Jammu and Kashmir transitions from a State to a Union Territory, the Centre is about to release a new set of rules to clarify the mandate of the Lieutenant Governor and the Chie Minister and his cabinet.
