Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is wooing voters with freebies ahead of the assembly elections. He has already rolled out the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, which aims to pay Rs1,500 per month to eligible women between 21 and 65.
