Tata Motors launched the sporty version of its premium hatchback, Altroz Racer, on June 7, 2024.
Packed with a 1.2 litre Turbo Petrol engine coupled with a 6-speed manual gearbox, the race car comes with a power of 120 Ps @5,500 rpm and a torque of 170 Nm @ 1,750 to 4,000 rpm.
Altroz Racer will be available in three variants – R1, R2 and R3 – and comes in three colours: Pure Grey, Atomic Orange, and Avenue White.
Altroz Racer R1 comes with a price tag of Rs 9.49 lakh while R2 costs 10.49 lakh and R3 is priced at Rs 10.99 lakh.
The features of Altroz Racer include a 26.03 cm infotainment touchscreen, leatherette seats, 4 speakers + 4 tweeters, rear defogger, electrically adjustable and autofold ORVM as well as cruise control.
For R2 and above, the additional features include electric sunroof with voice assist, wireless charger and 360 degree camera. The exclusive features of R3 Racer include iRA connected car tech, front ventilated seats and air purifier.
