Iconic moments at Taylor Swift's Eras Tour

Taylor Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour comes to an end on Sunday, December 8. The tour, which kicked off on March 18, 2023, will conclude in Vancouver, Canada

The singer-songwriter, who won 14 Grammy awards throughout her career, performed one of the most successful tours the music world has witnessed. As if performing a three-and-a-half-hour show isn't iconic enough, take a look at some of her other significant moments:

Highest-grossing tour ever

The Swifties did not waste another second when it came to grabbing tickets for the Eras Tour. Within 8 months of announcement, her tour grossed over USD 1 billion, with 4.3 million tickets sold for 60+ shows

Swift Quake

During the tour's stop in Seattle at Lumen Field on July 22 and 23, 2023, the fans in attendance were jumping so much that it caused seismic activity equivalent to a 2.3 magnitude earthquake. The song playing at the time was 'Shake it Off', an incident very fitting to the title

Special guests

Concert goers were already overwhelmed by Taylor's presence, but every now and then, the 'All Too Well' singer would invite surprise guests on the stage like her boyfriend Travis Kelce, Jack Antonoff, Sabrina Carpenter, Gracie Abrams, and she even reunited with Taylor Lautner

Tay-gating

The limited seats at the stadiums did not deter fans from hearing their favorite artist. They would camp outside the venue, stocked up with snacks and supplies, and sing along to her songs, just like the concert goers inside the venue

Singin' in the rain!

A little rain isn't going to stop Tay Tay. The 'Cardigan' singer performed her full three-and-a-half-hour show in the pouring rain in Foxborough, Massachusetts on May 20, 2023
