The move comes as a requirement for a larger and more modern workspace to accommodate the organization’s evolving needs. It aims to provide Berkadians supporting Innovation and Servicing Operations at Berkadia with a greater collaborative environment that fosters creativity and productivity.

The new office is located at Godrej Hebbal which is a vibrant tech hub of Bengaluru. It comes with amenities, supports retail and has a campus style look and feel. The office is strategically located in the growth corridor of Hebbal between Bengaluru’s Central Business District and the airport. It is well connected to an upcoming metro station. The Godrej building is platinum sustainability certified.
Covering about 26933 sq. ft, the Berkadia Bengaluru new office space has open spaces, brightly lit workstations, meeting rooms, collaboration areas that are accentuated with the hues of the Berkadia brand intended to create a likeness with the other Berkadia India offices of Hyderabad and Gurgaon.
The office was inaugurated on 16 September 2024 by Damu Bashyam, Chief Information and Innovation Officer, Sudipto Mukherjee, MD and Country Head, Berkadia India in the presence of Exco members of Berkadia’s Innovation team and Berkadians. A momentous milestone to reflect Berkadia’s commitment to adapt to the evolving needs of employees and clients.
